Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel orders under the following conditions:

Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped:

·        Cancellation may not be possible.

·        Customers may refuse the delivery or request a refund according to our refund policy.

Company Cancellation: Stancos World reserves the right to cancel orders due to the following:

·        Product unavailability

·        Pricing errors

·        Suspicious transactions

If cancellation occurs after payment, a full refund will be issued.
